Russell – Lead
Russell has worked with thousands of professionals and reviewed tens of thousands of resumes. He has personally hired more than three hundred people. Over the 20 years he has worked in Professional Staffing, he has learned how important it is to present a sharp, honest resume. He has also learned what hiring managers want and what they don’t want in a resume.
All of Russ’s time is spent working with candidates on one side and employers on the other. He has great insight into exactly what the hiring managers want to see.
Russell was an Assistant Vice-President at T. Rowe Price before switching to the professional services space. Most of his time is spent working with candidates and working with resumes. Russell holds an MBA from Loyola College of Maryland and a BS in Computer Science from Millersville University.
Susan – Resumes, Quality Assurance
When not focusing on resume support, Susan works as a senior consultant, specializing in Utility customer information systems. Susan holds an MBA from Loyola College of Maryland (highest honors) and an CIS degree from Villa Julie College (suma cum laude).
Allison K – Quality Assurance
In addition to supporting Assured Resume, Allison works as a corporate attorney. Allison holds a JD of Law, from George Washington University, (high honors), a BS in Accounting (cum laude) and a BS in Finance (cum laude), from the University of Maryland. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Lauren E – Quality Assurance
In addition to her stellar QA support, Lauren works as a Federal Analyst. She holds a BA in Classics (suma cum laude) and a BA in English (suma cum laude) from the University of Maryland.
